2024 Cop on a Rooftop Event Set for May 17

Officers to Raise Funds Statewide

The 2024 Cop on a Rooftop event will take place statewide on Friday, May 17, from 5:00 am onward. Law enforcement officers will be stationed on rooftops at participating Dunkin' Donuts locations to raise money for Special Olympics.

Customers are encouraged to visit their local Dunkin' Donuts and make a donation to support the cause. All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics programs in Iowa.

The Cop on a Rooftop event is a nationwide initiative that has raised over $50 million for Special Olympics since its inception in 2009.
